Two Students Accepted to the District Honor Band

We are very excited to announce that El Dorado Springs took 5 kids to All-District Honor Band Auditions last night at Mount Vernon HS.  Of these five students, Junior, Caleb Alexander earned 2nd Chair in the All-District Honor Band on Tenor Saxophone.  While Freshman, Ethan Roberts earned 6th Chair in the All-District Honor Band on Trumpet.  Ethan was the highest chair FRESHMAN trumpet player in the group!  This is also Caleb's second year as a member of this group!

These two young men have put in a lot of hours and work over the past couple of months!  They will be traveling to Hickman High School in Columbia, MO on December 3, 2016 for the All-State Honor Band!  If you see these young men in the halls, please, stop them and congratulate them!  What an honor for our students and school!
