As we start another school year, you can hear the hustle and bustle through the building to prepare for the upcoming seasons! Bulldog Band hosted their Annual Percussion & Color Guard Camp during the last part of July (29-Aug 2). Then the entire band joined those groups for BAND CAMP 2019 on August 5-9.
We didn't get as much done, due to the weather, but we definitely got a great jump start on the season! The Bulldog Band is excited to show off their 2019 Show, "Sombras de Espana", for the public at the First (hopefully) Annual Ozark Mountain Conference Marching Clinic, hosted in ELDO, on Saturday, September 14! The five schools, that make up the conference, will also travel to ELDO to receive some great insight on how to further prepare themselves for the upcoming Competition Season. We will need all hands on deck to pull of this event, so if you are willing to help, please, contact Mr. White via e-mail ([email protected]). We are anxious to get this season started, as it is a major point of pride for the Bulldog Band program! We are also excited to announce that the Junior High Bulldog Band will be adding a performance to their competition season this year! They will be marching in the Black Walnut Festival Parade in Stockton, held on Saturday, September 28, with the parade starting at 2:00 PM! We hope to see all of our fans out in full force at this local parade! It's always fun seeing and hearing the support! Stay tuned, here, for updates, results, and other random news from the Bulldog Band!
