When is the trip?
Spring Break 2021! Until we have a calendar set, we won't really know the dates specifically.
Who is able to attend the trip?
In order for students to participate in this trip, they must be enrolled in High School Band or High School Show Choir for the entire school year (both semesters). The only exception to this rule are students that are in Color Guard that do NOT play a band instrument during the second semester.
What is the cost?
The estimated cost per person will be $650-$700. We will not have a set price until we know how many people are planning on taking the trip with us. All band fees must be paid in full before any money will be credited toward the trip!
What does the cost include?
It includes all transportation fees, buses, gas, hotel for 3 nights, 12 meals (Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner for the days that we are in the parks), 3 Park WDW Entrance Pass, and 1 day Park Hopper for Universal Studios & Island of Adventure.
When and where will the Band and Choir perform?
The Bulldog Band will be able to perform at Magic Kingdom during their parade and during the parade at Universal Studios. The choir performances have not been decided on, yet.
Who gets to chaperone?
Any Bulldog Band or Show Choir parent is eligible to chaperone the trip. There will be a lottery held to decide on the final list of chaperones. We will be offering "Supportive Parents" packages as well, for those that would like to attend, but did not get chosen for the chaperone list.
Can other family members go on the trip with the band?
Yes! We recognize that this might very well be the only time some families will have this opportunity. We encourage parents and siblings to go on this trip with us. Please know that there is limited space on the bus, and each seat will cost an additional $250 per seat to travel on the charter bus.
